2. Description of the service

À la bonne station is a fun app that lets users track their progress across the Paris metro network and unlock badges by visiting different stations.

3. Fair play and mutual respect

À la bonne station is built on trust and good faith. The app has no mandatory geolocation system to verify your physical presence in the stations.

We rely on your honesty and fair play to only mark as visited the stations you have actually been to. The fun of the game lies in the authenticity of your Paris metro adventure.

By cheating, you only cheat yourself and reduce the value of the experience. Respect the spirit of the app and that of other players who play honestly.

4. User account

To use our service, you must create an account with a valid email address.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
You must not share your account with other people
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree to:

Use the service honestly and respectfully
Not attempt to bypass the security systems
Not use automated scripts or bots
Not harass or insult other users
Respect the privacy of other users

6. Moderation and warnings

⚠️ Warning system:

To keep a healthy and respectful environment, we apply a three-step warning system:

First warning: Notification and reminder of the rules
Second warning: Last warning before a ban
Third warning: Automatic and permanent account ban

Sanctioned behaviour:

Inappropriate, insulting or harassing messages on the forum
Spam or unsolicited advertising
Identity theft
Pornographic, violent or discriminatory content
Manipulation or fraud attempts
Repeated failure to follow the community rules

Warnings are visible on your profile. You will receive an email notification for each warning. We encourage you to follow the rules to avoid any sanction.

💡 Good to know: Warnings are issued by our moderation team after reviewing the reported content. Each warning is justified and clearly tells you the reason for the sanction.

7. Personal data

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The information collected includes:

Your email address
Your username
Your progress across the stations
The badges you unlock

8. Intellectual property

All content on À la bonne station (text, graphics, logos, badges, etc.) is the exclusive property of the app and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Data relating to the RATP network (station names, lines) is used for informational purposes and remains the property of RATP.

9. Limitation of liability

À la bonne station is a fun app and does not replace the official RATP apps for planning your journeys.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience related to your travels in the metro. Always look after your safety and follow the rules of the RATP network.

10. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms of use, in particular in the event of:

Fraudulent or abusive use of the service
Inappropriate behaviour towards other users
Attempts to manipulate the app's systems
